This is the consumer health data notice required by Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370. It covers the health information you enter into MyPlate.food. Our Privacy Policy covers everything else, and the two agree. MyPlate.food is operated by Reindex Ventures LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

• Calculator inputs. Age, sex, height, weight, activity level, and pregnancy or lactation status when you enter it.
• Food log entries. The foods and recipes you record, the meal, the date, and the amounts.
• Weigh-ins. The weights you enter over time.
• Medication dose dates. If you use the GLP-1 companion, the dates you log a dose and any note you add with them.
• Saved plans. The calculator results you save and the names you give them.

You type it. Every item above is something you entered yourself. We do not buy health data, and we do not collect it from other apps, devices, wearables, or data brokers.

To run the features you asked for. Your calculator inputs produce your plan. Your log produces your daily totals and your weekly trend. Your dose dates shape the companion week. None of it is collected to profile you, and none of it is used to train machine-learning models.

Three providers handle it for us, under contract, and only to run the service:

• Cloudflare, Inc. stores it (Workers and the D1 database) and delivers the site.
• Clerk Inc. handles sign-in and your session. It sees your account, never your log.
• Resend delivers email you ask for, such as a plan you send to yourself.

Advertisers never receive it. We do not share it with our advertising partner, and we never use it to choose which ads you see. Ads are matched to the page you are reading.

Analytics vendors never receive it either. PostHog, which records how the app is used in your account only after you say yes, masks every input and every piece of text before anything leaves your browser, so it cannot see a value you type. Google Analytics gets no account identifier and no health values: we never put one in a URL, an event name, or an event parameter.

Usage analytics run in your account only after you say yes, and you can change that answer whenever you like. Open Account settings and turn the usage-analytics switch off. A browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal turns them off on its own, everywhere on the site.

Remove single entries in the app any time. To remove all of it, delete your account in Account settings: that clears your profile, saved plans, cookbook, food log, weigh-ins, medication-dose log, meal plans, and reminders. You can also email hello@myplate.food and we will do it for you.

We have never sold it and we do not offer it for sale, for money or for anything else of value. No advertiser, data broker, or partner can buy it.

You can ask what health data we hold, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent for usage analytics. Email hello@myplate.food and we will answer within 45 days. If we turn a request down, reply and ask us to look again: we will explain the decision in writing, and you can also raise it with the Washington or Nevada Attorney General.
