Where the line sits

The free handouts stay free

Nothing moves behind the price. The kit is a second set of files with the three things a printed program needs and a web page cannot give it.

What you get

Four bundles, one program each

Every bundle opens with a cover sheet listing what is inside and how the branding works, then nine handouts chosen for that setting.

Cardiac Rehab

What a phase II or phase III program hands out week after week: the plate method adapted for heart health, the DASH servings plan, and the sodium and fiber lists patients take to the store.

  • Heart-healthy plate
  • DASH servings
  • Sodium list

Diabetes Education

One class, one folder. The Diabetes Plate Method handout, the GLP-1 nutrition one-sheet, and the protein, fiber and portion references a newly diagnosed patient leaves with.

  • Diabetes plate
  • GLP-1 one-sheet
  • Protein per serving

WIC & Community Nutrition

Budget-first counseling material for WIC clinics, food banks and extension offices: shopping on a budget, the grocery list and blank template, and the snack and vegetable sheets that open a first appointment.

  • Eating on a budget
  • Grocery template
  • Snacks for kids

Classroom

A unit's worth of student pages: the blank plate, the sort, matching and which-group worksheets, the word search and coloring page, plus the teacher references that set them up.

  • Blank plate
  • Sort & matching
  • Word search

Who it is for

Programs that hand paper to people

If your name belongs on the sheet a patient or a family takes home, this is the version to buy.

  • Cardiac rehab and chronic-care programs building a patient education folder.
  • Diabetes educators running a class series that repeats every few weeks.
  • WIC clinics, food banks and extension offices counseling on a budget.
  • Health and PE teachers printing a unit's worth of student pages.
  • Dietitians in private practice who want their own name on the leave-behind.

What the license covers

Buying the kit licenses it to your organization: print it, copy it, hand it out, and put your own name and logo on it, with no cap on copies and nothing to report back to us. It covers the people inside your clinic, practice, district or office. Reselling the files, or posting them for public download, is the one thing it does not include. MyPlate.food is independent and not affiliated with the USDA; the guidance behind every sheet comes from the USDA Dietary Guidelines and the IOM DRI equations, cited on each page.

Questions before you buy

Are the free printables changing?

No. Every handout on the printables hub stays free, in full, with no account. The kit adds a separate set of files — the same guidance rebuilt as fillable PDFs you can brand and print in bulk.

What software do I need to fill them in?

Any PDF reader with form support. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and places both the name and the logo; Foxit and Nitro do the same. In readers without form scripting you can still type the organization name, and the logo box prints as a clean placeholder.

Can I put these in a patient folder or a student packet?

Yes. Printing and sharing inside your organization is exactly what the license covers, with no per-copy limit and no reporting.

How do I buy it if my clinic needs an invoice?

Email hello@myplate.food with your organization name and billing address and you get an invoice you can run through accounts payable. Both prices sit below the approval threshold at most clinics and districts.

What does the yearly plan add over the one-time kit?

New handouts as they ship and rebuilt editions when the underlying guidance changes. The one-time kit is the current edition and stays yours; the plan keeps it current.
