  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Combine vanilla yogurt and pudding mix; gently stir together.
  3. Layer bottom of individual dishes with crushed graham crackers.
  4. Reserve a few crumbs to sprinkle on top.
  5. Pour pudding mixture over cracker crumbs.
  6. Top with mandarin orange slices or your favorite fruit.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
