Yogurt Popsicles

This is a refreshing and flavorful frozen treat that would be perfect on a hot day -- or even on a cold day.

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine thawed juice concentrate and yogurt.
  3. Stir until smooth.
  4. Place paper cups close together on a baking sheet.
  5. Pour yogurt/juice mixture into paper cups.
  6. Cover the cups with a sheet of aluminum foil.
  7. Insert stick for each freezer pop by making a slit in foil over the center of each cup.
  8. The aluminum foil serves to keep the sticks in place as the juice/yogurt mixture freezes.
  9. Freeze popsicles until firm.
  10. Run warm water on the outside of each cup to loosen each popsicle from the cup.
  11. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the freezer.
