  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Preheat over to 350 °F. Cook ground beef and onions.
  3. Drain fat.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  5. Place in casserole dish.
  6. Bake in the oven at 350 °F for 30 minutes.
