Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Shake

Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk (or 1% milk)
- 1/2 cup banana slices, frozen
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- cocoa powder (as needed, optional)
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, if desired.
