Peanut Butter Bread

For a peanut butter extravaganza, spread smooth or chunky peanut butter on top of a slice of this delicious bread! Top with banana or strawberry slices.

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease or spray with non-stick spray, a loaf pan.
  3. In large bowl, beat eggs.
  4. Add milk, sugar, and peanut butter.
  5. Mix well.
  6. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  7. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  9. Mix only enough to moisten all ingredients.
  10. Pour into prepared pan.
  11. Pan will be half full.
  12. Bake for 1 hour.
