Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Brown the ground meat, onion, and garlic in a large skillet or heavy saucepan.
  3. Drain off any grease.
  4. Add the tomato sauce, water, and uncooked pasta.
  5. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the fresh or frozen vegetables.
  7. Stir and continue cooking until the pasta and vegetables are tender, about 10 more minutes.
