Lettuce wraps make great appetizers, or enjoy two for an entree. Pairs well with fresh or canned pineapple.

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Mix the water, cornstarch, and teriyaki sauce.
  3. Add meat and water chestnuts.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet or heavy saucepan and add meat and sauce mixture; stir until cooked through.
  5. Serve in a lettuce leaf.
