Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put oil in a medium baking dish or small cake pan and heat in the oven for a few minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat eggs.
  4. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour into hot pan.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until eggs are firm.
  7. Serve immediately.
