Notes

If using wooden skewers, thoroughly soak skewers in water prior to using to prevent burning (approximately 30 minutes). For a twist, try changing the fruit. Other fruits that grill well are apples, figs, pears, plums, cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon.
