Honey adds sweetness to this tangy chicken dish. Enjoy with a side of steamed vegetables and brown rice.

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 °F. Line a baking pan with foil for easy clean up.
  3. Lightly oil the foil.
  4. Combine flour and salt in a plastic bag.
  5. Shake chicken pieces in flour mixture, remove from bag and place on prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Combine honey, lemon, and rosemary.
  8. Spoon mixture over chicken to glaze chicken pieces.
  9. Bake another 15 minutes.
