Party-Time Pasta

A tasty and colorful dish that the whole family will enjoy. Use whatever frozen veggies you have on hand.

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Heat a large nonstick pan over medium heat.
  3. Add ground turkey and paprika.
  4. Cook and stir until meat is brown and no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth and pasta.
  6. Bring mixture to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  8. Cover and simmer until pasta is almost tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. Remove lid.
  10. Place vegetables on top of pasta.
  11. Replace lid.
  12. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  13. Prepare the Tasty Topping.
  14. Mix parsley, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  15. Sprinkle over vegetables in skillet.
  16. Cover and let sit for 3 minutes before serving.
