Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  3. Collect, slice, and measure all ingredients before starting to prepare the recipe.
  4. Brown ground beef in a large skillet.
  5. Drain the fat.
  6. Add water, potatoes, and seasoning mix.
  7. Stir to combine with the beef.
  8. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  9. Uncover and cook until excess water is evaporated.
  10. Taste; then add a small amount of salt, if needed.
  11. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
  12. Eat within 3 to 5 days.
