Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Slice vegetables and steam in a small amount of water.
  3. Drain, and place in a bowl to cool.
  4. Mix lime juice with oil.
  5. Add oregano and combine.
  6. Pour lime juice mixture over cool vegetables and mix well.
  7. Serve.
