A quick and easy kid favorite, this recipe is a creative way to use canned salmon and saltines!

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine salmon, cracker crumbs, and egg.
  3. Divide mixture into 8 balls and shaped into sticks about 4 inches long.
  4. Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray.
  5. Add oil and preheat the skillet on medium for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Add fish sticks and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Flip over and cook about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
