Lemon Spinach
This tangy spinach side dish can be prepared in a flash! Lemon juice adds extra flavor to this dish. Enjoy as a side to your favorite entree!

Ingredients
- 8 cups spinach (1 pound, fresh)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Wash the spinach.
- Trim off the stems.
- Put the spinach, black pepper, and lemon juice in a pan.
- Cook over medium heat.
- Let the spinach boil for about 3 minutes, until just tender.
