No-Bake Cookies

Boiled instead of baked, these chewy cookies are full of peanut butter, cocoa, oats, and raisins. Yum!

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. In large sauce pan, bring the first six ingredients to a full, rolling boil for 1 minute, stirring as needed.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add oats, dry milk, raisins, and vanilla to boiled mixture.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper and let stand until cool, about 15 to 20 minutes.
