Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
  4. Preheat skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. The skillet is ready when drops of water "dance" on the dry surface.
  6. Add a teaspoon of vegetable oil or use cooking oil spray.
  7. For each pancake, pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of batter onto hot skillet.
  8. Cook slowly until the surface is covered with bubbles.
  9. Turn and cook until second side is lightly browned.
