Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 °F. In a medium bowl, stir together the pumpkin, brown sugar, eggs, and oil.
  3. Mix well.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Add the pumpkin mix to the flour mix.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with butter or margarine.
  8. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes.
