  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Pop popcorn.
  3. Mix popped corn, raisins, and cereal in a large bowl.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small dish.
  5. Drizzle melted margarine or butter over mixture.
  6. Add sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  7. Shake or stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
