  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine drained tuna, celery, mayonnaise and yogurt and stir.
  3. Add grapes to mixture and stir gently.
  4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  5. Serve over lettuce leaves.
