Zesty Citrus Coleslaw
This coleslaw is big on flavor with nuts, Mandarin oranges, and soy sauce!

Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage (or 16 ounce bag of coleslaw mix)
- 1 1/2 cups canned Mandarin oranges, drained
- peanuts (optional)
- Dressing Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup fat-free Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Mix together the coleslaw mix, Mandarin oranges, and peanuts (if using) in a large bowl.
- Stir in the Italian salad dressing and soy sauce.
