Smothered Greens

These greens are delicious. They're especially wonderful in the cooler months when greens are easily found in your garden or market.

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Prepare greens by washing thoroughly and removing stems.
  3. Tear or slice leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  4. To make the turkey stock, place all ingredients except greens into large saucepan and bring to a boil.
  5. Add greens to turkey stock.
  6. Cook 20 to 30 minutes until tender.
