  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Peel, seed, and grate one cucumber.
  3. Slice other cucumber and set aside.
  4. Mix yogurt, grated cucumber, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, and garlic in a serving bowl.
  5. Chill for 1 hour.
  6. Arrange sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, and carrots on a colorful platter.
  7. Serve with cucumber dip.
