Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 °F. Place minced fish in a colander and press firmly to remove as much moisture as possible.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix fish, onion, celery, mayonnaise, crackers, egg, garlic powder, dill, paprika, and salt.
  4. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Shape mixture into 8 patties.
  6. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and place patties at least 1 inch apart on the pan.
  7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
