Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Toast bread cubes and set aside for later use.
  3. Melt margarine or butter in medium size fry pan.
  4. Add celery and onion; cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. Add parsley, mushrooms, seasonings, and broth.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and add the toasted bread cubes.
  8. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
