  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Add the kale or spinach and the liquid of your choice to a blender.
  3. Blend.
  4. Add in the rest of the ingredients, blending after each item.
  5. Serve and enjoy, cold.
  6. Reserve the leftover smoothie in the refrigerator for later in the day or the next day.
