Spicy Fruit Cup
A touch of cinnamon and nutmeg make the flavors of this fruit medley pop.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange sections
- 1 can (16 ounces) pears
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, in its own juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Cut the strawberries in half.
- Open the can of mandarin oranges.
- Drain off the syrup.
- Open the can of pears.
- Drain off the juice.
- Slice the pears.
- Open the can of pineapple, but don’t drain off the juice.
- Put the undrained pineapple, orange juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
- Stir together.
- Carefully stir in the mandarin oranges, pears, and strawberries.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours before serving.
