Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. Cut the yellow squash and zucchini into small pieces.
  4. Chop the red pepper into small pieces.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  6. Add the onion.
  7. Cook over medium heat, stirring quickly for 1 minute.
  8. Add the spices and stir a few times.
  9. Add remaining vegetables and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until vegetables are just tender.
