Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet with onion and garlic.
  3. Drain off any fat.
  4. Place meat in a large pot and add water, tomatoes, tomato sauce (or juice), and cabbage.
  5. Cook until cabbage is almost tender.
  6. Add minute rice and cook five minutes longer.
  7. Serve.
