  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Combine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, and cheese in large serving bowl.
  3. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt in small bowl.
  4. Pour over lettuce mixture; toss until coated.
  5. Serve immediately.
