Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 12-cup muffin pan.
  3. Mix the Better Baking Mix and sugar in a bowl.
  4. Beat the egg with a fork.
  5. Add egg, oil, and water to dry ingredients.
  6. Stir just until all ingredients are wet.
  7. Spoon into the prepared muffin pan.
