Turkey Gravy

This gravy uses chicken or turkey broth to create an easy and fast gravy. Perfect for a big holiday meal.

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Melt margarine in skillet over low heat.
  3. Mix in flour and salt.
  4. Stir and heat until bubbly.
  5. Add broth slowly, stirring constantly.
  6. Cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked giblets.
  8. Heat a few minutes to blend flavors.
  9. Store leftovers in refrigerator within 2 hours.
