Ingredients
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 1 fresh pitted mango (or 4 Tablespoons of frozen mango juice)
- 1 medium banana
- 2 ice cubes
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until foamy.
- Serve immediately.
