Zubereitung

  1. Hände mit Seife und Wasser waschen.
  2. Die Pasta gemäß der Packungsanleitung kochen und abgießen.
  3. Pflanzenöl und Zwiebel bei mittlerer Hitze in eine große Pfanne geben.
  4. 5 Minuten dünsten, Knoblauch hinzufügen und weitere 1 Minute mitgaren.
  5. Gehacktes Hähnchen unterrühren und erhitzen, bis es durchgegart ist.
  6. Spinat (oder Mangold), Bohnen, Hähnchen- oder Gemüsebrühe sowie italienische Kräutermischung hinzufügen.
  7. Die gekochte Pasta dazugeben und alles gut vermengen.
  8. 5 Minuten kochen, bis die Pasta heiß ist.
  9. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken (optional) und vor dem Servieren mit Parmesan garnieren (optional).
